A little about me:

I have fond memories of baking with my Nan when I was younger, when I became a Mum I wanted my girls to love baking as much as I did. 

We love to bake at home, although we don't get much time now that they are at school so we still love coming to Holiday Cooks classes to get our baking fix.  

Favourite childhood cooking memory?

Baking with my Nan and being able to lick the spoon … and the bowl. 

Favourite thing to bake?

Cookies!

Favourite thing to eat?

Cheese, cheese and more cheese.

Favourite tool in the kitchen?

Air fryer - sausages in 7 mins! Mind blowing!
